Visit Your Physician
Schedule an appointment with your primary care doctor or pediatrician to discuss the need for therapy services and request a medical referral.

Submit Documentation
Ensure the referral includes the diagnosis and requested services. You can fax it directly to us or have your provider fax it to us and we will contact.

Clinical Review
Our clinical team will review the referral and contact you to schedule an initial evaluation and start your customized therapy plan.
Pediatric Families
We specialize in supporting children under 18 with diverse needs. Securing a referral is the first step toward personalized therapy that builds a strong developmental foundation.
- Consult with your Primary Care Pediatrician
- Request a referral for PT, OT, or Speech Therapy to Next Step Therapy
- If you do not hear from our team within 3 business days, please give us a call.
Veterans
We are dedicated to serving those who served. Our mental health services for Veterans are designed to provide stability and compassionate support through the VA referral process.
- Contact your VA Primary Care Provider or Case Manager
- Request Community Care Network (CCN) authorization
- Ensure 'Mental Health Therapy' is specified with the following NPI number: 1245725498
